Business Analyst

While working within a team in an agile environment, you will be:

Managing relationships with team and clients
Facilitating discussions between management, clients and developers to identify business requirements
Facilitating the resolution of scope/budget/time issues
Gathering and processing business information related to procedures, data and processes to clarify business issues and requirements
Developing business cases for alternative solutions based on business drivers and impact/cost analysis
Preparing and presenting project proposals and engagement documents
Managing project scope
Helping to deliver projects successfully on-time and on-budget to the client's satisfaction

Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering or Computer Science
Three years minimum technical business analysis experience
Solid technical skills and sound business judgment
A team player with proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients
Ability to consolidate diverse business requirements and facilitate realistic, common sense solutions
Project management experience or exposure to project management methodologies and tools
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed problem solving abilities with strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task including having flexibility in their work approach to effectively manage competing priorities and timelines
Highly motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial, results-driven environment
