Work Environment

Intelliware is conveniently located beside High Park and across the street from the Keele subway station. The office is designed around a large open area complete with a kitchen, library and lounge area. There are large project rooms distributed among smaller meeting spaces throughout the office. To support our developers’ active lifestyles, there are well used bike racks by the entrance and shower areas in the washrooms.

Intelliware fosters an open, honest, and cooperative environment where delivery focused teams strive for excellence. All programming is done collaboratively through shared code ownership and cohesive cross-functional teams. The whole team is involved throughout the lifecycle of the project and team members maintain continuous customer collaboration.

Intelliware believes communities are strengthened with leadership, involvement and business partnerships. We are a city of Toronto “Bicycle Friendly” award winner and have an active environmentally focused “Green Team”. In addition, Intelliware has developed and donated a silent auction application for Operation Herbie, hosts the XP Toronto/Agile Users Group and leads open source and public projects like Amakihi and DevCreek. Intelliware is a fun place to work.
