Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Defining and managing project scope
- Planning, controlling and managing project deliverables
- Managing relationships with team and clients
- Facilitating discussions between management, clients and developers to identify business requirements
- Gathering and processing business information related to procedures, data and processes to clarify business issues and requirements
- Helping to deliver projects successfully on-time and on-budget to the client’s satisfaction
- Developing business cases for alternative solutions based on business drivers and impact/cost analysis
- Preparing and presenting project proposals and engagement documents
“Must have” Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics
- Three years minimum relevant hands-on experience coordinating small to mid sized projects in a consulting environment
- Technical business analysis experience
- Intense problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients
- Solid business, technical and project management skills
- Ability to consolidate diverse business requirements and facilitate realistic, common sense solutions
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Solid understanding of technologies
- Ability to multi-task
“Nice to have” Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development
- Experience using object-oriented programming languages and concepts
- Experience designing or developing business requirements (UML)
- Masters Degree
- Diverse outside interests
